This time, our team had to design a simple CRM tool from scratch for one of the largest metals trading combines based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Sales managers are working with leads through a universal form that generates tasks each new day; this form is at the core of CRM. The end result ensured a steady growth of the client base for a decade since its implementation in 2012. The development took us 3 months.
