The main challenge of the project was to take into account all the peculiarities of the translation services business. Translators settle their quotes on the number of characters, areas (fields) of translation, language pairs, deadline, and translator's level of expertise. The client wanted to include all these parameters in the business process automation to make the agreement process faster. Earlier, the client had been using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so we needed to ensure that all customer data will be intact upon migrating to a new system.
